HELLO SINGAPORE, LYNETTE'S BACK :)
^water rafting!
^barbequed chicken wings each for less than a dollar! yummy yummy!
7 days of holiday passed really quickly and it feels great to be back!
there wasn't any shopping available for us,
but sight-seeing was prety fun :)
2 things i hated the most in Hainan Island:
1. SMOKE , practically everyone smokes there
so i became an active passive smoker.
goodness, it was so terrrible smelling all the smoke that i wanted to fly back to spore.
2. TOILETS not only dirty, but there isn't any doors! =/
was quite shocked to see an L-shaped cubicle w/o doors!
and those toilets with doors, the users dont close!
so here's a quick update of my holiday, PHOTO BLOGGING!

the alignment is so terrible that i don't wish to continue. sorry cos the photos are not in order either. RAHH.
7 days without any runs,
and i'm feeling so guilty!!!
i did my skipping and strengthening there
but i know my fitness i terrible now.
quite sad to note that the past 2 months hardwork all went down the drain :(
oh well, it was a good experience anyway.
and met some of my relatives for the very first time.
was uiet touched by their hospitality frankly.
they woke up early each morning to ferry us to and fro.
and when the most elderly ladies saw my family,
they cried, made me tear too.
heh i felt like Jing Mei in Joy luck club.
going back to my roots in china,
rediscovering my heritage for the very first time.
hmmmm the lives in the village are worlds apart from Spore.
LYNETTE, you are so lucky! :D

If only I could stop the world,
I'd make this last.
Today is simply WONDERFUL.
it has been the best day after so long :)
woke up at 7.20am only to find myself aching all over.
i could hardly move my neck and shoulders!
must be the conditioning's fault!
heehee luckily, i could escape trng at mac:P
went down to njc to select combi.
so PCME it is.
realised i'll be taking my lousiest sci-phys.
only b'cos this combi open more doors it seems.
rushed back to crescent there after.
by the time i reached,
it was already 11.40am.
but i managed to meet up with my cousin at the foyer!
she's in 1C3!!
haha helped my aunt carry those heavy books till the gate.
seems like regine is following my footsteps,
as in from rgps then crescent.
but she's not gonna join track i think ;P
ohh and i realised my other cousin is also in crescent!
coincidentally, she in 1C3 too! HAHA.
had a long chat with sir.
hmmm, he really aged alot i must say.
seems like this time he aint joking abt retiring anymore.
accompanied him to get newspaper.
well, i din know where he was driving me to initially.
so got quite scared when he asked me to go his car.
but well, i learnt that we must first learn to trust others.
if not, we'll just be living in apprehension.
hehee, went council room to meet waiteng.
haha im happy for them that reg went well!!
thumbs up councillors!
helped a parent n her daughter to carry the books to the opposite bus stop.
i saw her name tag-joey lee
from rgps! my junior! =)
she's very sweet. hahaa.

2 days to China-Haikou,
5 days to CHRISTMAS! :D
11 days to 2007,
14 days till school reopens! ;)
I am pretty bored right now,
considering the fact that my internet connection is really slow.
everything seems to take eons to load.
hahahaha, wanted to pack my luaggage
but then again, i am lazy =/
went down to CDC to collect my cert ystd.
and thia man at the counter said he recognised me
from some events that featured me on candid camera!
haah it was quite funny cos i din rly know who took my pic.
but well, i like CDC ple :)
haha maybe i can work as intern after my A's few yrs ltr.
ohhh and i must say that CDC always gives pretty certs!
haha i was grinning upon seeing the pretty cert i received!
helped yenfang,shuxian,sujean,amanda with the orientation stuff for next yr.
went with them to spotlight to get the materials
and yenfang said they were cheated!
cos art friend sells fabric paint for $2.95
compared to the $4.05 at spotlight.
heh oh well, we'll learn from our mistakes! :)
had lunch at pasta mania
and now i am super, terribly broke.
i have $1.40 left to last me through this week.
goodness, where has my money all gone to!
must have been splurging without realising.
it's so frustrating cos i cant tag my board.

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY.
it has been raining non-stop since ystd afternoon.
and i am FREEZING.
wearing a jacket in my house when neither the fan nor the aircon is switched on.
and the windows are closed too.
RAHH ran in the rain during trng ystd.
thought the rain was a chance to escape 2.4 time trial.
but i was wrong,cos we ran despite the heavy rain :(
lousy timing, seriously need to get back my fitness.
haha but the 20min recovery run was fun.
the guys are rly lame and funny ple i realised.
kept laughing thru-out.
haha they even brought me to the rooftop,
where they said i cld have my candlelight dinner with my future boyfren =/
haha whatever.
but really, i still like NJ no matter what i've heard.
i guess that's why its my dream school :D
went out with clara earlier =)
she is still that funny funny junior!
haha she brought me to this plc called ambush
and we ate pasta there.
the food's not bad,nbut it has a lingering taste in my mouth still! =/
went armani exchange to pick up her pullover.
goodness, it costs $199!
i saw the tag and was super shocked!
but then agn, AX sells expensive clothes.
haha even 50% still very ex...
watched eragon after lunch. not bad a movie :)
i was peeping thru my fingers half the time.
haha, i think i'm a coward!
cos i dont dare to see those fighting scenes.
HAHA but the dragon's really CUTE. the baby one that is :)
heehee, a pity the show only an hr half.
hmmm, seems like crescent has major changes.
went back there ystd and heard so many tgs.
well well, perhaps a change would be beneficial too:)
heh im glad i'm still like updated on wht's been happening in cres.
Council, track, admin and every other thing.
i intend to go back again this friday after selecting my combi.
but no idea if i wld reach b4 registration ends.
haha i shall chiong down.
anyway, if both my cousins get into crescent too,
i can show them around my beloved school =)
it's hard to keep smiling, when you aint happy.
when neither one of us wants to take the first move,
it is me who suffer, for you are just enjoying yourself,
since i am nothing but a stranger to you.
it is time to forget you.

Just came back from town AGAIN.
as usual, it was really crowded,
probably cos xmas is coming and it's a saturday.
hah and i realised i've been to town
FOUR times this week.
tues, wed, fri, sat.
gosh, i din even know i went out so often;)
guess that explains why i am so broke.
heehee. my family were in GUESS today.
and i think we made a fool out of ourselves.
my sis picked out this red clothes from the rack.
and looked into the mirror,
thinking it was a tube top or smtg,
and my mom said
"It's not a top, it's a skirt!"
haha and they asked me to take a look.
Sure it did look like a tube top,
but then again, it was far too loose.
haha how embarrassing it was!
we even comtemplated asking the salesgirl,
but none of us dared.
So we left the shop not knowing if it was a top or skirt.
HAHA, we were just so silly :P
Met up with cindy yesterday :)
Haha i guess we managed to catch up a little.
watched this lame movie
and half the time
i din understand what was happening.
heehee, shopped at mango.
tried on some tops selected by her.
and i dropped the back part of my left earring :(
was quite upset after that,
but at least it was the back not the front.
haha so thanks cindy for the top, the lunch and the notes!
I had fun yesterday :D

haha the first thing i woke up,
i recieved an sms from nicole tan
saying she got into NJ too! :D
hahahha and im supposed to help hb check.
but i realised i dont have her Ic no!!!
gosh, im worried the posting thing will disappear.
dang dang dang.

spent the past 2 days towning again.
haha holidays are ending,
so there's a need to meet up with my friends! :D
heh tues with nic, yf, sx.
Happy Feet was nice and funny.
but i got scared my the shark that appeared suddenly.
ohh and i almost banged my head onto the pillar
at the entrance of the cinema.
it was pitch black and i couldnt see a thing! =/
ahaha.
ystd went out with ning and sheng.
but had trng in the morning at mac first.
kinda tiring and HOT,
but then agn, when u complete a workout,
u'll just feel GOOD :D
my legs were aching thru out though.
ate at nydc, and roamed arnd aimlessly.
haha me n sheng walked to far east just to eat ice cream
after ning left.
talked n talked and i met so many ple at town!
kat, yiwen, gen, tania etc etc!
such a coincidence!
ning gave me this very pretty photo frame!
haha as in not jus a photo frame
and i hung in up but it keeps dropping!

need to decide on my combi by next wk.
rahh i still cant decide.
initially i was quite certain i was doing half half.
but aft seeing from advice her and there,
i prob end up in science.
cos econs,maths,lit,bio
is sucha funny and weird combi
which i put tgt myself.
haha so i guess ill just end up doing
phys chem or bio chem.
it all depends.
and yenfang is so hilarious.
she said she'll chop of her hair if i retain next yr.
HAHA but touch wood,
cos i dont wanna retain either.
heehee, trng agn later.
my thighs aching still =/
and i need to think of a way to get rid of stiches!
ARGHH.

okay im so bored i decided to do a recap of events this yr.

Wednesday's my free day!
haha no plans today.
im staying home to rot
since there isnt any trng and no dates planned.
hahaha i wanted to swim
but the pool looks greeen and disgusting!
my brother swam on mon
and he said it was so dirty he couldn't see thru the water.
YUCKS, i hope they clean it SOON.
my brother and i played monopoly till 11pm last night.
it was so lame cos there was only 2 of us.
haha but we bought all the property available.
and yeah i lost sadly :(
i was BANKRUPT!
so my brother was overjoyed.
haha now that we are in the same room,
we sleep around the same time
and do strengthening exercises tgt.
haha its rly funny cos we used to bicker ALOT.
i guess now that we have both matured,
things sure are different :)
Shopping with nicole ystd was fun!
haha i dint buy anything,
but i guess its the company that really matters :)
heh and we saw this SUPER cute monopoly set.
cos its SPONGEBOB.
its really adorable and i was telling my bro abt it.
my monopoly set is in very bad condition.
but then agn, it'll just collect dust if we buy it.
haha oh well, i can just admire it each time i see it :P
long d trng today was cancelled.
haha but i'll still run later :)
my fitness is very lousy.
after 1km on mon's trng,
my heart rate as 200!!!
i was so scared i was gg to die
cos i read in the paper that the limit is 236 or smtg.
anyway, our new coach Mr Irwan is nice! :D
it really really reminds me of MrLin!
cus he gave me confidence which i lacked for so long.
despite me having such lousy fitness as he said,
he actually believed i would run well next yr.
all i need is to work with him.
well, i was truly happy to hear all that.
it made me more encouraged to train hard! :)
and at least ive received confirmation that my running style is correct!
so i should thanks MrLin!
cos he was the one who corrected my armswing.
i still rber how i used to cross my arms very badly.
and my shoulders would be so tensed.
YAY im happy i finally got it right :D

Singapore Rock was pretty fun.
i enjoyed myself quite alot! =D
haha i was a chaperon
and so were most of the high fivers!
the entire event was just exciting.
danced the whole night at the street soccer court.
until amah got tired.
and i sent her home at 930pm before i left.
haah everyone looked so retro!
really felt like im in the 1980s! =P
okay the sad thing was,
i only realised i misplaced my wallet yest morning!
when i was abt to meet nicole and yenfang.
it so terrible cos i know i wont be able to get it back.
lost my money,atm,key,new wallet
and most importantly, all my cards!!! =(
those cards can never ever be replaced.
and all very sentimental to me.
no wonder ple say u should never place all eggs in one basket.
now i lost everything.
sigh sigh sigh.
called transit link this morning.
but frankly, the chances of getting it back is like 1%.
so i guess tht's just it.
was really upset yest morning
and i contemplated calling nic to say i cant go.
but then agn, i gave them my word
and i guess it was better to leave my house.
cos i din wanna face the music either.
even before i left
my dad said: "u better not bring anything u think u wld lose"
if i had been defiant, i wld have talked back.
cos that's such a ridiculous statement.
if i knew i wld lose my tgs,
of course i wont bring it right?
argh so i left my house in tears
din even bother to say bye.
and the whole time to clementi
i just cried in the bus.
haha if u dont want anyone to sit beside u in the bus
u should just cry :P
but well im glad i met up with nic n yf.
bcos i din have to think abt my lost wallet.
and indeed i felt better just talking to them:)
chatted to hweeboon at night for abt 1.5hrs.
hahah first time we talked for so long!
well we had our fair share of ranting
and telling our problems.
so haha of course i feel much better now :D
at least i managed to let tgs out of my chest.
so thanks so much hweeboon =)))
