Shopping the past 2 days was goood :) Probably won't have many more chances to do so looking at the heaps of holiday assignments to be completed. Walked from 11 to 7pm yesterday and I was so exhausted by the time I reached home especially when my parents decided to take 30 from VivoCity. Omg the journey is sooo long my father was complaining he sat until his legs also numb haha. Went out with Usarin after tuition today and we chatted for quite some time at Bao Lao Wan Xiang. Remember that you still have me UU! :D
So after all these enjoyment, the school holidays are here and the 2 things which will keep me ocuppied are TRACK and STUDIES. Nationals starts on 3rd July and fortunately or unfortunately, my event falls on the first day! :X I saw the tentative schedule and I'm seriously very very worried. Imagine we had almost 4 months to prepare for Cross Nats and it turns out to be not so good. With only about a month left, it's certainly much more scaring! Expectations to meet, great goals for the team... But thank YOU for sharing with me that quote, I'll definitely bear that in mind :) I hope the team will gather all the strength tgt to do better this season. After searching for a movie that would motivate them for Nationals, I'm so glad to have found an appropriate one! :) And it so happens Grace may have the DVD so it saves me the trouble of renting it too! AHHHH I must be positive.

Okay I keep thinking of the enjoyment after this Common Tests I think I really should be focused for Physics! Anyway, NJ DSA opens today I hope the response will be better this year!! We need athletes for next year!!
I'm so thankful for the next 2 days of Study Break, else I really won't have any idea how I'm gonna revise my work. GP tuition today convinced me again that I'm so fortunate to get this teacher cos he's really good. Imagine 2hours each week and Usarin and I learn so much. Students in HC who have him as a tutor are really lucky seriously! At least now I think my GP is improving slowly :)
Even though Common Tests start on Wednesday, training still carries on... It really reminds me of last year's CT where Miaoqun and I trained after our papers even though it ended around 5. I think we're all aware that studies are important now, especially since we're in J2. But still, we tend to feel obligated to do our part for the school in terms of CCA and deep down inside us, we wanna do well for Nationals too. Counting the number of weeks left on Thursday, it's shocking to find out there's only 8 more weeks of preparation before all training stops and track ends for J2s. AHHH I'm scared especially for hurdles! =/ But i guess the only thing to do is take one step at a time. Settle CT, then focus on Track.
Anyway, All the best to J2s taking CT and IPs for their Assessment week! :)
YAY I'm so overjoyed that Track meet is finally over. The process of preparing and carrying it out was just tedious and time consuming =/ This is probably the biggest event I had to plan, last time Council Invest or Teachers' Day Celebration in Crescent didnt feel as tough probably due to lesser personal interaction. Anyway we put up a great show today, never mind the fact that I may have made some 'enemies' along the way for being firm. Like what my trackers told me, you may be small but certainly firm! :) Hahaha 3 groups of people I really want to thank:
1)The track team. Thank you so much for coming down after school to conduct the heats. And helping out in the logistics plus final day today! It won't have been successful without all your help :)
2)The house captains. I understand your difficulties in finding runners for your house and along the way there were unhappiness here and there but I hope all of you won't be mad with each other after all this is only an intra school event. Really you guys did your best for your house :)
3)PA. Haha sometimes the good thing about a class with the many CCA leaders is that they render their help to you! Thanks KaiZhong and your PA Crew for setting up the equipment for us!!!
So I guess now it's probably the time to officially hit the books, nothing to be too bothered about anymore. No more planning to fret about either. YAY, I'm just so glad it's all over :D Aaron just amused me today on our way back when he told me that he thinks I'm gonna do well for this common test. Hahah it was such a shocking comment especially cause I know I'm nowhere near prepared for it even. HAHA.
Thurs had steamboat,durian,ice cream. Fri went island creamery after sports heats to chill, the mud pie was nice! Today i ate subway plus some Mcnuggets from my brother. Oh man, i had better stop indulging in all these unhealthy food. This is the result of abstaining form all these for too long. Hahah and earlier I was so not motivated to study that I began to doodle on the back of the foolscape. The resut:
